She really cares about the products she creates and has an honest desire to see her customers happy with their purchase.
Taste/Quality of cake and cupcakes I ordered - FIVE STAR! Seriously, our party guests could not say enough about how moist the cake and cupcakes were, and my husband declared the buttercream icing "the best he's ever had". I would absolutely order either of these items again.
