I have been a customer for two years and very happy with the bank in loudon and one of the main reasons is the teller Claudia she is very inviting and friendly, warm and delightful, a real joy, Claudia is wonderful down to earth person to do business with i look forward walking into this bank to see her and when she is not there the room is not filled with the same enthusiasm make it a point to say hi to her and Claudia will make your day.
The staff at this home town bank is outstanding these people are like family unlike big banks u are just a account # once u get know the employees u will be in bank heaven .
