In August, my grandson, who lives in Rockwood, TN, purchased an auto from this dealership. When the drive out tag expired he called them to find out what happened to the tag. He was told that they had it at the lot, and would mail it to him since he lived 40 miles away. The tag never arrived, so he call back several times, but no one ever returned his call. Yesterday, I drove my grandson to the lot, and found they had the tag all this time, and as suspected, was never mailed. so we had to waste 2 hours, and an 80 mile round trip to complete the transaction. This is not good customer service. Buyer beware!
