Very friendly competitive
Bob has maintained our family's vehicles for over 15 years. He's trustworthy, reliable and an awesome mechanic. His rates are more than fair for the quality of service provided. His shop is a no frills auto maintenance facility but it is fully equipped with top of line diagnostic equipment and manned by one of the best auto mechanics I've ever known - and I've known some exceptionally good ones over the years. I have nothing against fancy auto repair shops except for the part where the costs of the facility show up in my bill. I'm sure Bob has overhead costs just like anyone else who runs a business but I appreciate the fact that Bob doesn't have to charge me for luxuries that have nothing to do with repairing and maintaining vehicles. BTW, in you're wondering, this review was totally unsolicited.
