Anytime I go and their coffee machines aren't working, they'll take time out of their busy schedule to help fix the issue almost immediately as long as they don't have a million customers in there. I'm a patient person. Great customer service. Friendly atmosphere
The people are always nice, but all summer they've had ants in their sweet tea. Also, can you get the raspberry tea instead of one of the other flavors that you have?
Best coffee in town! Guaranteed. McDonald's is across the street, but this coffee can't be beat. Also, they have free hot water.
My only complaint t is that they need to be educated in ADA laws for service dogs. I was required by them to show my prescription for my service so that I could take him in the store with me. This is illegal. They can ask 1) is he a service dog and 2) what is he trained to do. It isn't required to show a doctor's note or anything else. They need to educate their employees on this. They were very polite about it though and the lady did admit that she didn't know what to ask or how to approach people about it. But! The store was clean, the bathrooms nice, the manager polite... some of the other workers can keep their dog-hating comments to themselves though.
