Hugh did an outstanding job installing our new engineered hardwoods. He is an absolute craftsman and he settles for nothing less than perfection. What's more is my wife had a minor concern with an area of the flooring in our kitchen so she contacted Hugh on a Sunday. Not only did he return her call very quickly, but he came out the same day to address her concern. That's outstanding service after the job was done and paid for! Hugh works with a distributor in Knoxville that has an endless supply of both solid and engineered hardwood flooring, or you can buy your own elsewhere. I highly recommend Hugh for your flooring project. He is exactly the guy you want working on YOUR home.

Cannot say enough about the quality, care, and professional service Hugh brings to his craft. The original red oak hardwood in my 1962 brick rancher looks like it was installed yesterday. Hugh and his helper, James, were on the job exactly when Hugh said they would be. The job started and ended exactly as specified and cost exactly as quoted, no surprises. I used Mastercraft's services 17 years ago for my church parsonage, and my church has used him twice more for other projects. I knew from those experiences that these were the only folks I'd call if I ever needed hardwood refinishing. I'll never call anyone else and highly recommend Mastercraft.
