This was one of the nicest places that I have stayed at. The beds and pillows are soft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would suggest the Inn of Loudon to anyone that will be staying overnight in the area. They also have great rates and offer weekly rates.
The person that was at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and suggested places that we might go to eat. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
It served its purpose needed to rest and a shower room had some cosmetic issues but it's was worth the price for the night
My husband and I checked in at midnight, checked out within an hr and a half when we found bed bug crawling on my pillow. Took bug to front desk and asked for a refund because we weren't staying there with bed bugs. Was told had to wait till management came in the next morning. Apparently managemnt refused our refund and Expedia offered no resolution either. I hope it was worth the 80 bucks to them. Terrible customer service from Inn of Loudon and Expedia.
I was bit by a bedbug. I complained but they refused to give me a refund I was then Accused of bringing my own bed bug
