Been there twice both times pizza not ready and after waiting it's been burnt. Poor customer service on top of that. Just bad experience all the way around

Went in at 7:35 for smokehouse pizza because it is advertised available all day and hot and ready between 4-8pm. Girl said it would be 10-15 minutes for pizza because they have to add all the seasonings and it's just better for it to be made when ordered. Well then you shouldn't advertise it as hot and ready between a certain time if you aren't going to have the pizzas ready. Just sounds like laziness to me along with bad service.
