You will work long hours with little to no pay, Dispatchers Tom and Barbara are liars. You will drive empty miles and want get paid. Great place if you like working 60hrs a week and only making $400. They have Cameras in the trucks that you have to babysit also.
The boss he listen to you so you get in here work hard and enjoy your job

I worked there for 5 weeks trying to get on with Purdy Brothers a friend of mine referred me to while he worked there. I went to RWH trucking for 3 months and left due to poor management, worked at Loudon County for 5 weeks and Steve the SAFETY director A@#$&*! said I couldn't work for Purdy Brothers because I was a Florida based driver?! Well why the hell did I work for them for over 4 months trying to get a Purdy Brothers spot? He told me " I didn't listen to what the recruiter told me and should pay attention more." I continued to tell him he was not on the phone conversation with my recruiter and myself, where he could go, examples of him being wrong about my position and him ultimately having to admit I was correct!? Then I went home and found later he had cancer? Now I wish no man harm but regardless he should get his facts straight before opening his mouth. Avoid this company because my friend left on bad terms and 2 other drivers friends of mine have since parted ways. That is why they are hanging onto a reward from 2015 to try and attract drivers! The $2,000 referral bonus was only $500 while I was there so they must be hurting? Not many miles a week either. I was running 2,500 miles at RWH consistently but had maintenance issues with Greg their GOOGLE mechanic. Then was lucky to get 1,500 at Loudon County...
The maintaining of the equipment is not that great but your responsibility is to make sure your truck and trailer and permits are current

I have worked for Purdy going on 3 years good company to work for if you want miles they'll give them to you or good possibility of being home on weekends upto you as with all companies you have the good and the bad here good overrules the bad if you need a job look them up on the website just tell them I referred you
