This is the only company I worked for that I see so many family members work for.
Not very kind to the driver dispatcher had no idea what he's doing all I hear is how wonderful he was in the Truck Rodeo 30 years ago , he left me hanging for 3 days around Christmas to wait till Walmart distributors open instead of going home cannot recommend this place to drive
They are constantly increasing their salaries and pay benefits to keep up with the industry
The benefits are good and they constantly making new dedicated runs for driver.
I have been with a few companies and Total is one of the best..Family oriented..Truly an open door policy and they promote from within.
They listen to their drivers.
All the benefits of a big company but a family atmosphere like a small company one of the higher paying companies out there with no equipment and good miles and if you tell them that Donna Jennings sent you will split the money
Mother-daughter teams, father-son teams, slew of brothers that are Solo drivers, husband and wife teams, and myself actually trained my sister and she worked here also.
People are Great. Facility needs updating
Needs better showers & more showers. Fix the mud, pot hole, washed out lot..
