I pick up breakfast here nearly every single weekday, and the food's always accurate on what's purchased.
Food is good 85% of the time. Have had a lot of issues with finding hair in my food at this store though. Every time I have gone whoever takes my order always sounds like they hate their job and usually kind of rude. It always take forever for the cashier to greet me and give me my drinks and take my payment. After tonight I’m done with Hardee’s. Starting with the woman taking my order being rude to taking forever to greet me and then taking my card to the back to find a pen (sketchy) and then waiting forever for my food just for it to be cold...
I also pick up breakfast for a few different coworkers when they work overtime in the morning, and they've yet to have any complaints.
Took my sandwich and left, later found it was sloppily prepared, the meat was half on one side of the bun everything else was half on the other side, took 2 much time for the sandwich 2 be throwed together like that. Should have been full container of fries for a Large order.. have to cool off before I go back..
All around an excellent fast food restaurant to pick up some quick breakfast and/or lunch/dinner.
Visited 9/12/17 about 3:30pm, was very disgusted, floors and tables were filthy! Had my grandson there, already got food when we noticed how dirty the floors and tables were, Wiped down table with a baby wipe and looked at the wipe after and it was black! Let the Mgr know, she didn't seem overly concerned at all. Will never visit there again.
Drive thru was pretty quick, alot of folks grab a quick breakfast.....chicken biscuit is good, chicken quality was excellent, coffee was good.....outside of restaurant was clean...
