My wife and I were shopping at Sunrise Supermarket looking for some Thai ingredients when we met a sweet young lady buying little round eggplants. My wife asked her what she was going to make with them. Well, one thing led to another when we found out that she was the chef at Thai Bistro. You see, I have celiac disease and just can't tolerate any amount of gluten. Since I love Thai food with a passion I just had to ask if I could eat gluten free there. She said definitely. Well, since we were in K-town we decided to try out this new find. I am really glad we did. The food and staff are incredible! They went out of their way to ensure I could eat gluten free. We live in Kodak so it's more than a hope, jump and skip for us but well worth the drive. Thank you Gina, we will be back!!!
This place is awesome. The owners are always on hand and the staff is wonderful. Everything we have tried has been exceptional. Peanut ginger salad dressing is worth taking home. Golden Triangle appetizer and the Tom Yum soup are wonderful. Pad Thai, Curry dishes, General Tso's, and their Sea Bass have been consistantly good. I don't think you will be disappointed. They also have live music outside on the patio on weekends in the summer. ENJOY!

True Thai food!! So delicious!! I'll be back! The staff was friendly and made sure we had refills on are drinks. The restaurant is very clean. The food is wonderful and fresh vegetables!! I'll be back!!
Real Thai food cooked by a real Thai Chef. Spices are toned down for local tastes here in Tennessee. Don't know whether you can ask them to adjust the heat level. Food is excellent quality and taste. Surroundings are modest as is the price
